bought to pair with my 'new' 13700kf and returned my 2400mhz 2x8 to its htpc home, making a significant improvement in performance to my system. no more weird lagging opening programs or files. everything is very snappy even with the underclock at 4.6 (the i7 runs a little warm at stock even with a 260w cooler). not sure why it crashed when xmp was enabled, probably just needs some tweaking. but again, its a welcome improvement without xmp. good purchase. thanks (htpc came with 1 stick of 8gb. it was somewhat cheaper to buy 3 matching sticks than all new ram and have a spare. capacity was of greater concern than speed for the i5 7600 machine since it sometimes doubles as a home server for games)
