★★★★★Great product, just remember to update the bios

I bought the CPU about a year ago from my Micro Center for $650 including tax. I cannot overstate how happy I’ve been with this product.
Intel’s bios fix has solved instability issues that the CPU is known for.
It manages to run a comfortable 6.1 GHz at 60c with little to no instability.
I mostly use it for research and particle simulations.
7 months in of daily use it stands strong with no decrease in performance whatsoever.
Maybe got lucky with the silicon lottery. Solid product, would buy again.
Was running it on a 360 mil arctic 3 AIO and a z790proxwifi7 (i could have the names wrong)

piece of garbage,my 420 mm fans can’t keep it cool on extreme speed, overheating and crashing too often
and yes i am using the intel preset(performance mode)don’t try to change it to extreme if fire station is too far from you
totally disappointed,waste of money
